I’m celebrating my No Recipe Lifestyle with a French-inspired 6 course meal for friends. Luckily, you’re one of my friends and you’re invited!
I’ve created the menu around a Beef Bourguignon dish, made an ingredient list from the menu, and then a shopping list with precise amounts so we don’t waste food or time.
Today, we start the first course of the six, Roasted Red Pepper Soup.
A soup made of pureed vegetables is the perfect example of a No Recipe approach to cooking because ANY vegetable can be used with the same procedure.
What makes this particular soup great is the bright red color that makes it appealing to the eye, but the pronounced flavor that makes it something simple but special.
I’m looking forward to having you join me and some friends when the entire 6 courses are complete. For now, I need suggestions for a wine pairing for roasted red pepper soup.
Leave your comment below. What kind of wine would you choose?
